Head Lice & Nit Removal - Client Cost

Because our time is both valuable & limited, not only to ourselves, but our families, a $75 non-refundable deposit will be required when making an appoint with us. The deposit will apply to the total initial costs once it is completed.

Head Lice & Nit Removal Includes (confirmed case): All Natural, Chemical-Free, Head Lice & Nit Removal, Shampooing/Conditioning and finished off with an all natural essential oil lice repellent spray. Also included is an individualized Post-Head Lice & Nit Removal Plan, a metal nit comb, and a required 6-8 day follow up (for the 30-day head lice free guarantee to apply).

If someone in the family is confirmed to have Head Lice & is completing the Head Lice & Nit Removal Plan, any additional family member can choose to have a head check done for an additional $25. If they have a confirmed case, that $25 fee will apply to their Initial Removal fees if they opt in. If the Specialist has the availability to complete the service at that time, it will be done when the check is completed.

If someone is confirmed to have Head Lice & you choose to go through with the Head Lice & Nit Removal Plan, this type of charge will be waved. If the Specialist has the availability to complete the service at that time, it will be done when the check is completed.

Charges like this would never apply without the specialist discussing these with you first. If the specialist assesses that more time is needed due to the hair length, texture, or thickness or the severity of the infestation, an additional hourly fee may apply and will be discussed with you in full prior to charges being added to your invoice.

*If within 30-days of the Initial Head Lice & Nit Removal, the client at anytime ends up with lice or needs to be checked outside of their 6-8 Day Post-Initial Head Lice & Nit Removal & they have been following the recommended post-head lice & nit removal plan, given to them by their Specialist, there will be no additional charges.

These circumstances & types of appointments are very rare & would pertain only to clients, who for whatever reason, were not able to follow the recommended post-head lice & nit removal plan.
